i have a amd fx 8350 4.0ghz octa core 8gb ddr3 ram,smps 600W,gigabyte geforce gt 730 2gb ddr5,asus M5A99FX Pro motherboard in this configuration i have heating issue processor fan speed is 5700rpm when i start gta 5 in default settings processor temperature is 70c up after 5 minutes my cpu automatically shut down

Not installed properly. Remove heatsink, clean thermal paste (with alcohol), follow guide for installation, reapply paste, cooler and fan.
