Bad VGA causes frequentl lagging and crashing ?? HELP GUYS!!!

I'm using an Intel core i5 4440 CPU 3.10GHz, ASUS B86M-E Mainboard, AMD Radeon R7 200 Series VGA and 8 GB ram
and my computer just lag when i play games and then it just say "graphic driver has stopped working and has recovered"
sometime it just crash after the lag
