Any gpu option for $300-$350?

Just wondering if there will be any new gpu released in the $300-$350 range soon. (maybe a rx490?, 1060TI?). I am planning to buy a 1060 but I do have a slightly higher budget of $300-$350 seeing that there is no recent card currently in that price range is it worth waiting for something like the RX 490? I do need a new gpu within 2 weeks, is there any alternative choice? Should I just get a 1060 when available/in stock and save my money? thanks :)

In this case just get the GTX 1060. It will be another while before we hear about RX 485/490, GTX 1060 Ti or whatever it could be. Definitely not in 2 weeks.

Do you think its worth it to buy a used/like new gtx 980? (~$230-$260) or should I just get a 1060 new.
