So I have this old Dell Studio Slim with a Dell 0M017G motherboard inside, and 100 bucks. Im just wanting this thing to run CS:GO and Smite, whats the best processor and GFX card could I put in this thing? Would a Geforce GT 730 2GB (Is this the best card for this motherboard?) and a Core 2 quad Q9550 work in this thing decently? Also would I notice a difference if I used a Q8200 instead?
P.S. I know the case is small but I plan on modding the side to make larger cards fit., also just noticing the psu is only 140watts so I'll have to go ahead and buy a case and psu combo @.@

IMO get the fastest thing you can find. Being that these parts are so old you shouldn't have a problem getting your hands on a Q9550. Either processor...

It's all I have at the moment. There is no graphics card in it and the CPU is garbage. I only have a 150 budget, and Frome the videos I've seen on youtube it seems the CPU and GPU run those games and apparently overwatch on low - medium settings. Got any suggestions?

As for the GPU have you looked at the GT 730 low profile:

That should fit correctly in your case, and as well I wouldn't worry about replacing the PSU either. Try it it should work fine. If you have an issue then worry about PSU replacement (which will require a case as well).
