Okay,today i decided to completly format my hdd and install Windows 7 Professional but when i go to boot order and i select my cd rom and then it says-press any key to boot from cd(or something like that) and when i press it,it just boot to Windows i dont know how to fix it so i ask here please help me asap because i need my pc for school..

The above symptom (really) says, WE CAN'T BOOT FROM YOUR CD. If this is a factory Windows CD, I hope is not scratched. Try another removable boot device, and lastly try to make/find a Win7 ISO, stick it to a large flash drive and attempt to boot it from there.

Sorry i have one stupid question but on illustrations i saw that cd is facing upwards should i put my cd to be like label side on bottom and shiny on top??
