I recent received my X9 purchase. I am attempting to convert some video file to play on my X9. Upon transferring the converted files to the Flash drive (using a card reader), the player shown a blank image with a red circle containing the red slash across it. I got the same result when I loaded the file in the players internal memory. The converted file plays well on my laptop using my media player (VLC). I narrowed the problem down to an issue with the audio portion of the video files (The video file does play with the audio part disabled during the conversion process). Attached are the specifications for the converted file and a sample file that was embedded in the player that does play:

The converted AVI files don't seem to work in the X9 when the file is directly converted from flv files. I converted the video files from flv to Avi using "freemake" application, then converted the file a second time to an AVI spec that the X9 will play using "Super Video Converter".
