ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 No Post Red CPU LED

Hey!

I just installed my new Sabertooth motherboard with a new FX-9590 AMD processor.
The CPU LED is, for a split second, flashing red, then it blue screens and the DRAM LED flashes red for a couple of seconds. I tried with an older AMD Phenom II X6, but the same thing happens here.
Does it matter alot that I have old drivers on my HDD?

I also installed a new GTX 960, maybe that's a problem?
I have a 750 powersupply.

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB
PS: Corsair CX750M
MoBo: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
RAM: 4x4GB DDR3 Corsair XMS3 1600MHz

Running a water cooling system from Corsair.

Doing a Flashback right now

So as I said, the screen stayed black after the Flashback so i tried a GTX 750 instead of the GTX 960 I mentioned, and I noticed the VGA LED was solid lit. I removed DIMM_A1 and DIMM_B1, hence running on only 2 of my 4 RAM sticks. The computer now turns on, but dies after a while. I'm thinking this is because I was cheap on my cooler paste (if that's what it's called in English

This blue screen shows for about 0.05 seconds before the computer shuts off. The CPU LED flashes at this point aswell, just about as long as the blue screen appears.
