Good CPU cooler for Micro-ATX overclocking?

Alright so I have a Intel i7-3770K in a Rosewill LINE-M Micro-Atx case and I'm having trouble deciding upon a good cpu cooler to get that would be great for overclocking and also fit in my case.

The i7-3770K has a base tdp of 77W at 3.90GHz, however in the BIOS even one step up to 4.00GHz changes the tdp to 180W, which is what a lot of good cpu coolers are marketed at. I can get it up to 4.50GHz in the BIOS, however it says that runs at a tdp of 220W.

Would it be adequate to get a 180W tdp cpu cooler such as the Hyper 212 Evo? Would that even fit in my case? Because I'm a little unsure of how to compare the dimensions between the cooler and the case. Would it also be unwise to overclock the i7 to over 4.00GHz with the Evo, therefore increasing the tdp reading in the BIOS to over 180W? Would a cpu cooler with a higher tdp be more suitable for better overclocking?

All in all I'm just a little bit confused about this whole ordeal, my only main concerns being that I can get a good cpu cooler that will both fit my case and allow for decent overclocking, that's all. If anyone has any good knowledge or suggestions on the matter I'd be really grateful for some advice :)

Here are my current specs:
Win7 64-bit
8GB RAM
240GB SSD
Intel i7-3770K
Intel LGA 1155 DZ75ML45K motherboard
EVGA Geforce GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0
EVGA 500w PSU

The nzxt Kraken x31 is the best bet. While that case is pretty good for a moderate build, its lacking severely in airflow. Any decent cpu cooler isn't going to get the air it needs and there's a reliance on 1 lonely 120mm Fan for total exhaust possibilities. So use it and dump the cpu heat out of the case. Using a decent aircooler will just dump a good amount of heat back into the case, along with any and all gpu heat. (unless the gpu is reference blower style). The alternative would be a corsair h80i gtx, which will run push/pull fans on a double thick radiator and provide almost h100i cooling.

I run a 3770k on a kraken x61 at 4.6GHz 1.208v and it doesn't even blink at prime95 after 1hr, and that cooler is my total exhaust.

Hi,

I would recommend (Noctra in general):
1- Noctua NH-L9x65 33.8 (Air)
2- Noctua NH-L12 37.8 CFM (Air)
3- There are away more of Noctra :p
4- NZXT Kraken X31 69.5 CFM (Liquid)
5- Corsair H75 54.0 CFM (Liquid)

So these are all compatible with my case and the LGA 1155 socket?

Yes, you can verify that on this link: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/WgTTCy
You will find away more coolers on that but Noctra is cheap, quiet, and good coolers

In your case, airflow will be it's limitation,as that's going to affect interior heat more than anything.
