It is, but for the price of that GTX 750 Ti, you could probably score a GTX 950 or even a GTX 1050 or RX 470 when released.

I would drop the 750 and the psu. And go for somehting bigger like a 600w or a gtx 950 so you would have some headroom to upgrade
