I have been using my new PC I just built for my birthday with all new parts except the GPU for about 2 weeks. I have 2 ssds that I have installed but a few days ago I found out that windows only recognizes one of them. I contacted my ssd maker and they said to make sure I'm using achi in data configuration so I promptly went into bios and changed it from native ide. After doing so I tryed to turn my computer on and some windows 10 pop up came up after the bios screen went by (saying delete for bios and f9 for boot options...etc)and it said something about I should change my boot options because windows couldn't recognize it. I checked the boot options and they seemed inline and apparently it turns out I should not have done it in bios after windows was installed. And the next time I turned it on I went into bios to change it back and it said something about updating bios please don't turn off. After I waited and nothing appeared to change, at the bottom right of the screen it said it was flashing something and then their was a white screen and the screen went black. Ever since then I have been trying to go through numerous threads trying to find a fix and trying several things without any luck(like taking out the CMOS battery and putting it back and moving the 2pin thing over 1 and back). I would just love some help to get the bios running again because I found some thread of how to change the modes in windows and not mess anything up. Thanks, I'm dead without the help :)

Changing the BIOS from IDE to AHCI after the OS is installed requires a couple of registry edits, before you change it:

Hello... Wanna try a Battery removal AND CMOS clear?
Take your time here and be slow and careful to your MB... look in your MB manual/Pdf for pictures and location of the pins. B )
1) un-plug PS from wall.
2) remove MB battery
3) place jumper pins/switch on MB to clear the capacitors... for ~3 mins
4) remove Jumper/switch
5) re-install battery
6) plug back in PS
7) Re- boot can you see any messages B /

Windows has "security" and you have to give permission to the OS as "administrator" to use them.
Right click Computer-Manage-storage-Disk Management right click the graphics below for the NEW drive complete partitioning and formatting for the drive (if needed)... And "Mark Partition as Active"

I tried and it still did nothing . might I note that all fans turn on to CPU GPU and system fans, but I am just not seeing anything on my monitor (I know it isn't a monitor issue) I also am turning on the PC without my ssds plugged in as I am only looking for a bios boot for now. I am willing to do anything to make it work again and am awaiting a reply

Hello... after a CMOS clear or Flash... the defaults will send your Video to the MB outputs, IF you have GPU/IGT CPU/MB equipped system...
1) Can you get a display plugged into your MB? (set monitor for different cable type)
2) What is your MB/CPU/GPU etc brands and models?
