So I ordered a brand new still sealed in the box INTEL SE440BX-2 and I got it and installed it into the case. I installed my Pentium III slot 1 and turned it on only to receive the post error code beeps. The beeps I got where 1-4-3-3. I looked it up and it means Autosize the cache cache What does that mean? I have tried different ram. I different CPU and removed all unnecessary hardware. I don't know why its doing this. It is a lemon? It was sealed in the anti-static bag and was not touched since 1999. By the way the build is intended to be a classic retro setup. I know its old hardware.
