Just bought a pre-built Lenovo desktop. Want to know if the graphics card is upgradable

Yes, according to this BestBuy page, your motherboard has a PCIEx16 slot, which is the slot on the motherboard required by a graphics card.

However, as mentioned before, I would recommend upgrading the power-supply. Most prebuilt systems cost the price they do because they skimp out on the power supply unit.

Depending on how much money you have, a GTX 1060 (cheaper is GTX 760 or GTX 660) + an EVGA 400w PSU would be a great combo to make this baby a gaming machine.

Can you send me the product number/model name for the desktop? I can tell from there quite easily.

Edit: If the power-supply is only 250w, it might need some upgrading if you're looking to get a middle-higher end graphics card.

In general, yes you can upgrade, but no it's not worth the extra cost. You can get a 750ti for ~$100, and that should work even with the 250W PSU. Replacing the PSU is possible but a pain because the dimensions are likely to be smaller than reasonable PSUs generally are
