.........but what is heavy CPU usage?
Video Editing for sure
Photo Editing / Photoshop type software

What games....if any......are heavy on CPU usage? GTA 5 is ONE game, any others?

........and my flavor.......tons of internet windows & tabs - All I'd need is an i3

Plenty of games that benefit from an i5 over i3, Witcher 3, BF4, BattleFront, etc. If you use Edge or Firefox, you get threading support that improves performance a bit too (though not as much as games since those threads are very light weight and perfect for hyperthreading).

the Arma series are a series of military simulators. They are pretty CPU intensive.

They aren't CPU intensive, they are just poorly programmed. Hell, there's only two real threads anyway, so you'll see no improvements going from 2C4T to 4C4T !

I used to drive, love to drive. I am a 4x4 kinda guy, love Jeeps, or any old Jeep or truck or 4x4.
Now I use an electric bicycle. Pretty powerful beast, its a MXUS 3000W motor, Lyen 18fet. Can go 75kph, other go 100+ not my style. I need to blend in now so.

OK so i5 = GTA 5, Witcher 3, BFA, BattleFront.
