My GPU temp gets to 38-39C when using browser, is it bad?

My GPU temp after startup is 34-36C, which I found out to be okay temp.
But when i open Chrome it gets to 38-39C. Is this bad just for using a browser?

I have to say you worry too much about this temp change since it is still below 40C.
However you can try to disable hardware acceleration in chrome and see if the symptom still occur.

your temp isnt that high.it depends in part on the ambient temp of the room your pc is in.these gpus can exceed 60 degrees easily.so,as was said,not to worry.

Dude holy * you're pc is gonna melt. Just kidding, I wouldn't really worry about it. Just make sure your fans are running. If they arn't then you got a problem.

Alright, sorry that was just some of my bad humor. In all seriousness, my GPU is currently running at 38 Celcius too. I have a Gtx 750ti. I wouldn't worry about it at all. Just go ahead and keep playing your games your pc is going to be fine.
