Solution
Your building a 320 Watt PC their no reason to add the extra fans. 120MM fans are not what to use even if you do replace them. (140mm)
The power supply should be either a G2 or GS series and not a G1 can't tell from what you listed. Overkill on the watts but you can run 2 cards in SLI in the future if you decide to with 750 Watts.
I would switch the cooler out for a Cryorig H7 their a bit better or if your going to be looking for a good mid range 4.4 or so overclock then the Cryorig H5 since your going to be rendering.

Thank you for the suggestions. Eventually I will run 2 cards in SLI that is why I have the 750w so I don't have to upgrade in the future. (The power supply is a G2 btw)
