I am looking for a good valued mid tower case with moderate quality and finishing . And I found out the HAF 192, so how is it ? If it is worth its price, than I would buy it. Or do you guys recommend other different mid tower cases that is approximately between 40~70 Canadian dollars or 30~50 US dollars?

it's popular and good. if you like the spec's and design, go for it. i encourage you not to ask for pc case preferences because each person has a different budget, opinion and bias on brand / value. too many variables and factors.
to simplify, google "best budget pc case" and go over editor's choices. Double check with amazon, newegg, or whatever retailer has additional reviews to gain insight. Youtube the product as well to assess pros & cons. Google additional reviews in text and thoroughly evaluate whether it's the best choice or not.
i.e. I like corsair and am willing to pay extra for the brand, rather than to cut corners. Others disagree and pick/choose features. Value is ambiguous - $100 is the sweet spot for atx mid tower cases. low end cases will definitely compromise extra features that are deal breakers to some. All in all, each person is different. I'll spare you the trouble. Good luck
