My specs:
CPU:Intel Core i5 4440
Motherboard: asus H87M-E (Intel® H87 Express Chipset)
RAM:kingtson 99u5584-003.a00lf 1600mhz (2x4gb)
Hard Drive : ST31000524AS - JC4B 1tb (90.1 mb/sec seq.read speed) and SanDisk SSD Plus 240GB
PSU: Hantol Atx Silent 585 Watt Dual Fan (585Wat)
i want to make sure there will be no bottle neck or other problems
with my new card, can you guys help me?

Solution
You will be fine, you may see ~5fps bottleneck on cpu intensive games on 1080p screens, but that's negligible since your fps will be >100 anyway

Avoid the Turbo its a bad card ... get Gigabyte G1 Gaming OR MSI X Gaming

I have tha same card as you (650 ti boost 2gb). Planning an upgrade but I'm between 480 and 1060. Why you choose 1060? Is there a very big step between 650 ti boost 2gb and 1060? is it worthy?

For DX11 games I would go for GTX 1060, for DX12 go for RX 480, depends do you want to play upcoming games with DX12 or you want to stick with DX11 games

Futurewise -> RX 480

Both RX480 and GTX 1060 will be enormous upgrade to your 650ti

Compared to what? I've used Asus 970 Turbos and had no complaints about noise or temps with them, even when gaming ultra details across three screens. Yes, centrifugal fans tend to be louder than axial coolers. However, centrifugal setups also have the benefit of exhausting hot air outside the case instead of recirculating it. Depending on case and cooling situations, this isn't a big deal. But since you don't know what that is, blindly recommending one cooling solution over another is a bad idea.

The 1060 is such an efficient card right now anyway, the cooler doesn't have a lot of work to do in any case. It will run just fine.

Xavier, there is a HUGE step up between the 650 boost and the 1060. The 650 Ti was nice for medium detail at 1080p three years ago. The 1060 maxes 1080p and is playable at 1440P today when games have gotten ore demanding. Both it and the 480 would be a nice upgrade, depending on the OP's particular needs.

However, my biggest concern here is the PSU listed. I'm not familiar with that make and I can't find any reliable review on it. I've seen a few bad stories from them, though.

Compared to better ones ... like MSI gaming , Asus Strix , Gigabyte gaming G1 and others ..

and how do you know I dont know what you said ? you think I dont know that blower coolers push hot air outside the case ? I know , and that can be done by better 140/120 fans pushing air outside the case.

dont worry I know very much , and I know as well , taking care of Air flow in the case will give you better results than blower VGA , and the card will run cooler and more silent .

I am not giving Blind advice , Thank you very Much :) .

Peace

And what qualifies those as better?

I didn't say that. I said you don't know the OP's current cooling situation, seeing as nowhere is mentioned the case in use, the fan configuration, average temperature in the OPs location, whether or not A/C is in use, etc.

Then please point out where any of the factors I listed above are listed in this thread. I'll wait.

man , you know that the better cards are not only about the fans .

They have huge heat sink , heat pipe cooling , more heat pipes , bigger heatpipes , huge surface aarea ..

it is not just how the fans blow ... The blowerfans cooling dont have any heatpipes to cool better and smaller surface Area thats why they dont run cooler than the ones with heatpipes ...

I just gave him advice and told him to get the better ones ..

If I did not get into more details , you can help explaining it more be my guest

thanks and peace .

If "runs cooler" is your sole or main qualifier for "better", then don't you think it's helpful to say as much? You see, many people consider better to mean faster game performance, better durability and reliability. I never said anything about running temperature on blower coolers, only that I didn't have a complaint with it.

A short, vague answer that isn't qualified in any way is rarely useful.
