[Windows 10] Deleting files to come across I don't have permission I need permission from the account I'm logged into

Hello all,

Ok so I'm freeing some space on my HDD I changed thew owner of windows.old to my username (NEONZZ-PC\Neonzz) I'm logged into this account but when trying to delete a dialog box pops up saying I need permission from NEONZZ-PC\Neonzz to delete this file any help? Windows 10.PRO

Delete your previous account from the PC from user accounts.
Make sure you have admin access and then fire up disk clean up. In it select the option to clean up system files and you will see Previous Windows Installations listed under it.
Select it and then clear it.
