The Gaming 7 is only worth it if you use a good analogue audio system
if you don't you can pick the Gaming 5, it's overall the same (slightly lower RAM clock, no Thunderbolt but one more PCIe 3.0x1 slot)
but the ASRock is quite nice as well.
you gotta keep in mind that the Gaming 7 costs about 20% more than the ASRock
