Approval of my i5-1070 VR/Media PC?!

I'm building a new PC for my living room that will serve as my main VR PC (HTC Vive) as well as serve up media content and play games on a Vizio 4K TV. I know some of the components could be better (mobo) but I'm really trying to keep the budget as tight as I can. I will not be overclocking the CPU but the GPU might get a slight bump depending on thermals. Thoughts?

PC specs current:
Motherboard: ASRock H110M-ITX/ac
Power Supply: Corsair SF600
Graphics Card. ZOTAC GTX 1070 AMP Edition
Ram: Corsair Vengence 8gb DDR4 (1x8 so I can upgrade latter)
CPU: Intel 6600K
Cooler: Corsair H100i
SSD: Mushkin 480gb
Case: Cougar QBX
OS: Windows 10 Home (might dualboot Steam OS on another SSD)

I'm aware using a 6600K on a H110 chipset is kinda silly but I got the CPU for a good deal ($209 at Microcenter) and the K version is base clocked at 3.5 over the non-K 3.3. Media content will be streamed over the network so I think the 500GB will be enough to store the VR games and games I would play on the couch (Rocket League, Forza, etc).

Thanks for the input!

Thanks, my only real concerns are the mobo and the ram. Will 8gb of ram be enough for 4K? I guess I can just keep an eye on ram utilization and pick up another stick if it's not enough.

Then get another one if not a big deal. 8GB is fine but having a 16GB will ensure you best performance

I've run into that issue before haha. My thinking is, the Corsair Vengence is so popular, I'm much more likely to find another stick of it in a year or so. Hopefully that works out.

Well it's all put together!! Turns out the GPU was a bit to big so I had to make a small cut in the chassis. Also, I got the H100i to fit, but it's crazy packed in there haha! I'll be keeping a close eye on temps. I also went with a Gigabyte Z170N instead since I could get it for $30 off with the 6600K I bought yesterday. Luckily Microcenter honored the rebate even though I bought both parts on different days. Here's the final build:

PC specs current:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170N WiFi
Power Supply: Corsair SF600
Graphics Card. ZOTAC GTX 1070 AMP Edition
Ram: Corsair Vengence 8gb DDR4 (1x8 so I can upgrade latter)
CPU: Intel 6600K
Cooler: Corsair H100i
SSD: Mushkin 480gb
Case: Cougar QBX
OS: Windows 10 Home (might dualboot Steam OS on another SSD)

Here's the 3D mark score with no CPU overclocking and the 1070 boosted to 2000MHz. I'll be doing more fine tuning over time as I watch temps: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/9617103

Thanks! The biggest issue was the H100i. The only way it fits in this case is to loop the waterblock/pump back between the tubing like that. This makes maintenance a pain as I'd have to uninstall the radiator from the case anytime I need to do anything. If it's an issue on the motherboard I'd probably have to remove the whole cooler. It's not ideal, but as long as it stays stable and cool, I'll be happy.
