Hello everyone , OC rookie here looking for some tips.

Above is the link to my current settings.
Also of note , stuff that is not listed there :
-CPU is advertised to handle DDR3-1066
-MB can handle DDR3-1600
-power source is Raidmax - 500 W
-stock coolers on everything(HW monitor looks chill to me)
My goal is to get that CPU to (ideally) 3.6Ghz (i'd settle for 3.4 too if thats too much)
What i've done so far :
-fiddled a bit with the memory speed and timings and got them to ~1066(as you can see in the link)
What i am uncertain about:
-When overclocking(manually increasing the fsb) , the PCI frequency also gets a little bigger.Is that of concern? (there is also a setting in which i can manipulate these independently;do i use that instead and only increase FSB ?)
-Why is my NB frequency 1.6Mhz? (shouldnt it be 2Mhz?)
-How much can i increase that FSB freq / how do i check for stability ?
-What is my next step ?
