Today I did a factory reset on my computer and after installing Windows again I'm having problems opening some stuff like images saved on my computer. Also I can't select a screen saver. as soon as I select one it says it stopped working.
The Windows 7 version that I'm running now seems to be diferent than the previous one I had because the CD had all these diferent windows 7 upgrades that I chose the last one (ultimate).
Also to note, when i went to the device manager menu, my graphics card didnt show up it said "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter". at the moment, because i've been messing around with this, it says "AMD Radeon R9 200 Series" which is correct because I have the r9 270x but errors still pop up when I open images saved on the computer for example.
Can anyone help me with this? Im pretty sure I have the right drivers. I even installed a program to uninstall the drivers and then I installed them again.
My system is in Portuguese so I can't really show you screenshots that you would understand but if you want some I can show you. Thanks for any help!
