So, assuming I know the question now, your ISP should have some sort of "browsing history" from you. I think it would be specifically anything you view or downloaded that threw up a red flag or something.
If you are looking to get your browsing history from you ISP, you'll have to call and request it. They might keep it, they might not. Good luck.

Every time you go to a web site, or access anything outside of your house like a file server, FTP, etc..., the ISP handles the data, which means they see what goes through.
How long they retain that info and how much of it is saved is up to the ISP.
