I plugged my hitachi HDS723030ALA640 HDD and it isn't being recognized in MY PC in my file manager, but it shows in my Device Manager, PLEASE HELP!

Hi there Pappagaming,

How is the drive recognized by Disk Management?
In case it is not, it may be a good idea to go to your MOBO's website and update your SATA drivers.
In case it is, you can just partition and format it.(assuming it is a new drive)

Attaching the drive with different cables to another port may be a good idea as well.
