Is this suitable for overclocking?

Planning on buying an i5 6500 (non k) and overclocking it to around 4 - 4.2ghz.

Will this motherboard be suitable for that?

Any potential issues there?

You should get a K-series if you want to overclock. You'll be much happier.

Boards like this one are good for people who already have a non-K and want to breathe some extra life it.

The motherboard is fine but you need a K series CPU, as scuzzycard said.

If you're overclocking in the hope that it'll improve your gaming experience then you'll be disappointed. from a gaming perspective, overclocking is only worthwhile if the CPU is bottlenecking the GPU, which isn't the case with you.
