I have a PNY GTX 970, and whenever I run at a resolution/framerate that meets HDMI 2.0 specs, it starts creating random lines and dots on the screen. Here's what it looks like:

4K @60Hz (HDMI 2.0) = Lines: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkjd4fWWCMY
4K @30Hz (HDMI 1.4) = No Lines: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7e-UvJ5ZxI
1080p @60Hz (HDMI 1.4) = No Lines: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sHlz3xnggts
1200p @ 60Hz (HDMI 2.0) = Lines: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wgX_7dhsmhs

So I can run 4K at 30Hz and be fine, but when I go to 60Hz it starts up. I can be at 1080p 60hz and be fine, but when I go to 1200p 60hz it starts acting up again.

I'm not sure if this is my 970 (I bought it used on eBay, I can still return it) or my new 4K TV (I bought it new from Walmart, but it was $230, so Sceptre might not be the most reliable brand).

I don't have any other HDMI 2.0 display or other HDMI 2.0 graphics card I can test with.

My PNY GTX 970 doesn't have a full size HDMI port, so it must use the included mini-HDMI to regular-HDMI converter cable. So I can't tell if it might be that. But I tried changing the full-size HDMI cable (that connects from the adapter to the TV) and same results.
