What is the best $100-$125 used gpu (Nvidia because I need it for Nvidia shadowplay)

Do you guys know the best $100-$125 gpu nvidia? It atleast has to run call of duty black ops 3 high settings. I need it nvidia for nvidia shadow play so I can record

470 is faster and newer and is a 1080p nearly max for your price range max is not going to happen also the 470 is going to be about 150$ and the 460 around 110$ and thats going to do mid settings 1080p you need a 470 at minimum but a 480/1060 is what you need for full max 60fps but a 470 will do near max at 50-60
as for used look into the 7970, gtx 770,gtx 960, r9 280/380(x) for near max for near mid a 7950, 7790, r9 270, r7 370, r7 260/360 gtx 950, gtx 750 ti and gtx 760

high settings at what resolution? 1080p?
a gtx 950 for new and if not used a gtx 770 or 960 may be able to be found in that range also you know amd has streaming software right? as a rx 470 will be perfect for you
