Possibly faulty Power Supply?

My PC works fine for the most part. It will boot up and work fine for whatever I need it for. But once I turn it off and I try to turn it back on, I just get a little flicker from my LED fans and then nothing. Nothing happens if I hit the power button again. To get it to turn back on I have to turn off the Power Supply and unplug it from the wall for about 10 minutes.

Yes, sounds like a faulty power supply, get it replaced soon or immediately or else you could fry your whole motherboard and the rest of the components
