Are there any tweaks or suggestions to my build that you have? I like to play games like the wither 3 and fallout 4 with ultra-settings. I like to modify games with a lot of mods. I hope that kind of helps you envision my wants and needs.

Build looks great man, should easily run most or if not even all upcoming games at 1080p 60fps. If you want to overclock your GPU then go for a higher wattage Psu. Fallout 4 should run easily above 60fps at ultra at all times at 1080p. Same with Witcher 3, if not then toggle Nvidia hairworks off when playing. Then it should garrantee +60 fps on witcher 3.

You are leaving 30% cpu performance on the table without a Z170 motherboard.

Rest looks ok, but
FWIW.
I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. If you can go 240gb, or 500gb you may never need a hard drive.

I would defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung EVO is a good choice.

I went with that HD because its a hybrid and its suppose to be 20% faster then a normal HD. I was looking for a good medium between price and proficiency. Would you suggest I still get a SSD?

I have made two new changes to the build I added the SSD and changed the mother board. What do you think about the changes? Also thanks for the help; I really appreciate it.
