I have a gtx 960 4gb and i7-2600 about 2 weeks ago my fps just randomly went from 300 to 150 on high. Then I configured all my nvidia settings yet I still get that same 150 sometimes lower or higher fps on csgo no matter high medium or low. On 1v1 community arena i get like 350 fps so I don't understand. I cleaned my pc a few days ago and things are still the same but with some freezes that last about 2 seconds now. My temps and clock speeds are fine so I don't know what to do.

Could be due to overheating issues, check if your heatsink is placed in correctly and try changing your thermal paste.

Make sure all of your graphic drivers are FULLY updated, same with your other drivers.
Download MSI Afterburner and check what temperatures you are getting for your CPU & GPU then post the results here.
Secondly, tell me what the GPU usage is, along with the CPU usage.
