Hi everyone, I just received my Rx 480 for computer build (first timer) I installed it and when I turned on my computer I got this horrible scratching noise from it that faded slightly when the fan slowed down a little. I removed it from my motherboard and checked it out the fan is slightly under the edge of the plastic front. You can even see where it has grinded some plastic away. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to maybe move the fan slightly over. Because I'm very uninformed on what to do in this situation. PLEASE HELP

Assuming you removed the clear plastic on the card, the card is defective. you could attempt to smooth out that area causing issues or you could attempt to rma

When you get a new graphics card, you're suppose to check if theres plastic anywhere on the graphics card (which there 100% will be) and then you're supposed to remove it. If you know where the plastic is, attempt to scratch it off with your finger-nail or something, otherwise that plastic could melt when the gcard is at a high temperature.
