msi z170a g43 plus (not posting and red light on dram)

Hey,
So i just got my pc parts from shop and did build it. but i got problem:
There is red light on dram spot and it doesnt post.
Build:
Motherboard: msi z170a g43 plus
cpu: intel i5 6600k
gpu: gtx 970
Psu: Corsair vs650
Ram: rip jaws ddr4 - 3200, 8gb, 2x

Regarding the PSU, it does work now, but in the future it might fail under load.
Are you correctly inserting the RAM module (all the way in)?
If yes, and still no go, try removing the CPU and checking the CPU socket. See if bent pins (try posting a picture of it here).

I have tried this many times but still not working, and psu is okay.
