I did some over clock to my new gtx 950 @+130 clock speed with universal water block on the chip only. after 2 month while im refilling my water loop and taken the gpu out of the slot i realize on the left side of my gpu one of the silver cap printed 1ro on the picture has some black marks on it but others are fine. I want to know what is that cap call and should i put some passive heat sink on them and those little black square chips right next to them as well? im new to water cooling and over clock please help!

Solution
The silver looking devices look like surface mount inductors (labeled Lxxx) to me. The black rectangular devices are surface mount capacitors (labeled Cxxx). The devices labeled Qxxx are the mosfets. All these devices together with various resistors make up the phases of the switching regulator to supply the GPU with power. The transistors are likely to generate the most heat. Surface mount components typically use their solder connection to the pcb (printed circuit board) to dissipate heat from the components. For this reason, the board will run hotter without any forced air blowing over the components/pcb.

my bad guys... it doesn't have black marks. just some bubble on the surface which looks like burn mark in my room that doesn't have enough light.
