Overclocking i5-6600k with at hyper 212 evo to 4.4 or 4.5?

Guys my 6600k is currently overclocked to 4.2 and when stressed it goes to 50 C.
Should I overclock to 4.4 or 4.5? If so, What amount of voltage would be recommended?
