I have this brand new formated windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Im trying to copy a games from a HDD 3.0 into my 1TB combined HDD. the games files size are 30gb. its been 3 hours now and the transfer are not yet complete, im using tera copy. the transfer speed are stuck between 3-5mb/s . what could possibly go wrong ??

Transfer speed could be affected by many things. Have you tried to transfer just a single, big file?(instead of multiple small ones)
Apart from that, it may be a good idea to test both your drives with some of these: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
See if there are some pending/reallocated and uncorrectable sectors in the SMART report. If there is something wrong with any of the drive, you need to back up the data stored on that particular drive.

Make sure you have the external HD plugged into a blue USB 3.0/3.1 port. If the best you have is USB 2.0, make sure that it's set to 2.0 speed in the BIOS. Those are USB 1.1 speeds.
