i install fresh window 7 64 bit but when i install app it show win32 error

That error is what you usually get if you try to install a 64-bit app on 32-bit Windows, are you sure you installed 64-bit Windows?
Don't worry about the RAM values, the difference is only 100MB which these days is virtually nothing.
