Well, the 144Hz will require GTX 1070 + i7 to be fully utilized in all games on high settings.
I'm personally looking for 21:9, but 34" 3440x1440@75Hz. Just hard to swallow the 800-1300$ price of those.
So of those two, I'd go for the 29 UW - same vertical size, much wider.
If you are not pro CS:GO gamer, you would not feel much difference between 75 and 144Hz.
Also, most likely you'd be able to overclock the monitor - to go closer to 100Hz.
