You're saying you get a ping of 16ms from Israel to Israel and in CS:GO on EU servers you're in the 100-150ms range.

What happens when you select a European server on speedtest.net? My guess is you'll see about 100-150ms.

ADSL often has higher pings than other technologies (cable/fiber), but another potential issue is you're probably reaching across international backbones to hit the EU servers to start with. That creates a choke point/bottleneck as you start to compete with *all* traffic rather than just your ISP's traffic.

The fact other computers downstairs have the same issue says it's nothing you can control and is simply the service you have. I think you'll find that you're being limited by engineering and physics, not...

Yah might live in the same country but also come down to you isp and they way the route network traffic and where in your country where ya live. For example I live near Chicago but a server for the games in the west coast . Well my friend that live down the street from me has say attached Internet but they route Thierry traffic straight to the west cost. And I got Comcast but the route my traffic to the east cost then back to the west coasto.

It ain't just the country you live in comes down to the way your isp routes it's Internet traffic.

Could also be a problem with your Internet service bad line modem router .or something your isp has to fix between your house and a main Internet hub

Might have something to do with DNS, some gamers report that changing their DNS helps with ping. Maybe look into finding your optimal MTU and setting that in your router and PC. Are you using wifi or Ethernet?
