Hello i wanted to buy a new CPU Cooler im running right now

i5-4690K 3.5GHz (STOCK Intel cpu cooler)
MSI Z97 GAMING 3
8GB of RAM DDR3 1600MHz
GTX 970 4GB
Corsair RM650x

i wanted to OC my i5, to 4.2GHz for now, later mybe 4.4Ghz
Will i be able to do it with 212Hyper EVO? or do i need to buy MAELSTORM 120T ?? Liquid Cooler,

p.s Im on budget so yea, i personaly prefer "Air Cooling" i just dont like those Water things.
I will later buy new case to, looking at Corsairs cases
right now i have Cooler Master k380

What about 212x Evo?

it's a very good cooler for it's price.
got maybe the best value ratio but that doesn't make it the best cooler.
but maybe someone with OC-experience regarding an 4690k will swoop in and prove me wrong.
personally I'd go a bit more expensive than the Evo

In my country i cant find where to buy Cryorig H7 i would love to buy it ... But im found Noctua NH-U12S , for 65 Euros.

Is it better then 212X? and can i will be able to make 4.2GHz with stable Temperatures?

The NH-U12s is no doubt better than the hyper212.
And, it is easier to mount.
It is as good as it gets for air and it is superior to most simple AIO coolers.
You would have to be very unlucky if you can not get to 4.2 if your case has decent airflow.
