Hey guys!

I was looking to get a desktop computer that would allow me to run multiple Business simulations such as EIS and Cesim, etc at the same time. I would also want it to be able to run games such as League of Legends, CS:GO and such at a relatively decent frame rate, I do expect the games to be on a lower graphics setting, which is fine. Would I be able to do something like this for around $350?

Thanks a lot!

Solution
Use the integrated graphics until you can add a card later. This would play League and CS:GO pretty well. Skip the AMD parts, you'll be stuck with lower performance and no real upgrade path.

It does need to have 8GB of RAM though, the business simulation will be using up a lot of memory since I'll be running a lot of simulations at the same time.

if you went used, most likely yes. if you wanted new.. possibly.
i3 6100 - 110$
lower end H110 mobo - 50$
8gb ram - 40$
FD core 1000 case - 30$
cheap PSU (not advised) - 50$
small HDD - 30$

no GPU/optical drive. the integrated graphics of the CPU woudl be fine for your business stuff. and id assume they could at least handle the LOWEST settings of league

if used doesnt scare you... i would troll craigslist and ebay for desktops already built

RAM is cheap. This particular unit has 4 slots at should be able to handle up to 32Gb of RAM. By default it probably has two 2Gb sticks installed. Though I'd throw those away if you want more since they're garbage no names. Here's a 8Gb set. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231643

What about this? I did some quick research and found a few parts: https://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/wishlist/3C6M5RVM5US4V/ref=cm_wl_list_o_3?
It puts me over $350 by a bit, but I could get a cheaper case which will save me like $40
