Where can I find compatible RAM?

Solution
Just be careful exactly what dram you look for on eBay. Not all motherboards support the same dram. Many Asus boards would only accept ddr2 4Gb sticks if it was single sided low density. The double sided high density was good for amd but not Intel cpu's. It was a colossal pain back then to get the right dram, its worse now that it's no longer in mass production as many vendors no longer have stock.

As mentioned above, eBay is the go to place for the older DDR2 memory standard.

Here is one that I'm pretty sure will work, since your max is 667 mhz: (LINK)

According to your motherboards page, it supports 8gb, so I'll take its word on that.
