not sure what msi 1070 you are asking about but the gaming series is 279mm long with other models being different lengths. need to know what case model you have as well so can see what size card it can hold.

saying a card less than 9" would fit. that is 228.6mm long which is not very long. i'd measure it yourself to know for sure. measure inside the case from the back of the case where it will stick through and then toward the front of the case until it hits the first thing. this is how long the card can be.
