So i decided to do a small overclock on my 6700k(first time ever overclocking). I set the multiplier to 43x and it ran stable under a stress test at around 68C. But my question is about the Speed it was running at. It was only hitting 4.28Ghz. Is that correct even though the multiplier is set to 43? Every other setting is stock(z170-a). Sorry for being a noob, thanks!
