i just built my first pc with AMD A10 7890K. It has built in gpu put i want more because I'm building it for 3D modeling/rendering. budget is around $250

1060 or rx 480 may suit your needs.
Try it, if it doesn't return it with a 10 percent re-stocking fee if that option is available.
