I'm upgrading my PC and I can't choose which motherboard I should go with(Or is there a better mobo than these two that I should go with? I don't care if it's 50$ more).

They are the same price and both fit my theme (red & black). I will be overclocking my CPU(i7 5930k) but I won't be pushing it as far as it can possibly go.

Solution
The Asus ROG has better software and much better support from Asus and things like the ROG forums. For as much as I do like MSI high end stuff, I'd go with the Asus on this.

IF I were you, I would buy the X99A GAMING PRO CARBON motherboard. if overclocking is a major consideration, so performance is important. X99A GAMING PRO CARBON has OC ENGINE , game boost & DDR4 Boost provide better performance. and I saw the data
X99A GAMING PRO CARBON DDR4 up to 3466MHz (O.C.) , ROG STRIX X99 GAMING 3333MHz (O.C.) only.

OC engine is a software driven OC and as such is junk. Even at high OC, ram speed isn't that much of a consideration. Asus ROG Real bench record holder uses 2400 ddr4, so getting that extra 100MHz out of high end ram isn't worth the effort, and would take an LN2 system to justify the aggravation of trying to get stable ram at that speed.
