I recently moved to a new apartment and for some reason my PC is turning off by itself. When I try to turn it back on, it doesn't respond and only responds after a few minutes. The PC turns on for 30 seconds to 1-2 minutes and then it turns off again.

Things I've Tried:
- Opened up the case to find any loose connections. Disconnected and reconnected just to be sure too.
- Checked to make sure fans were on and working. (They are)
- Used the paper clip test to make sure PSU was OK.
- Booted PC up in BIOS. It still turns off randomly (checking if it was a virus or OS problem).
- Dusted inside with decompressed air to clean out as much dust as possible.
- Checked capacitors to see if any were corroded or bloated.

Hardware:
PSU: SeaSonic X-650 (4-5 years old)
Mobo: Z77 Extreme 4
Memory: Corsair 8gb x2, 1600Mhz
Not sure what else is relevant, but just let me know and I can provide more info.

At this point I'm all out of ideas, and not sure what to do. Please help!

Solution
Check the outlet at the wall. Many apartment outlets see heavy usage and old age. Quite often this means very weak connections which can heat up. When the connections heat up they spread apart and you loose connection to power. If you have to, temporarily run an extension cord to an outlet in a hallway or bathroom
Possible PSU and/or motherboard issue.

Paper clip testing the PSU will not find all problems with a PSU.

Please try the PSU in another computer, and/or try another known working PSU. Borrow computer and/or another PSU from friend, neighbor etc if necessary.
