After several years of easily connecting to smart hub--Netflix, Amazon, etc. the TV has stopped recognizing the wireless router. Thus no smart hub Internet. Please help. All settings are now 0.0.0.0

Solution
One possible reason this happens is that your TV may have updated its firmware and lost the connection information.
Here are some things to try.

Powercycle the router and the TV and see if it works.
Set up the TV connection again.
Temporarily turn off encryption on the router and do the TV set up again. If that works reprovision the encryption.

Another reason is wifi interference from a new source.

Temporarily move the TV very close to the wifi.
Log into the router and change the 2.4 GHz wifi channel from auto to a fixed channel of 1, 6, or 11. try all three.
Move to 5GHz wifi if supported.

Equipment failure.
Buy a new router from a store where it can be returned if it doesn't solve the issue.
The TV wifi failed and you need...

The TV wifi failed and you need to switch to eithernet.

The above is not exhaustive but is a place to start.

Last resort.
If the TV has an ethernet jack run a direct ethernet cable or buy a pair of powerline adapters.

THE SOLUTION IS VERY EASY: Turn on your Samsung smart tv, and then unplug it. Wait at least 30 seconds then replug it. Try to make the connection again to the router. It works.

The TV software occasionally has to be reset this way. I found this solution after doing extensive searching, someone else shared it on a site, and the method worked. For awhile, the tv would not recognize my router with its password or Smartview on my smart phone. This method got the tv wifi card and tv software back in sync.

Definitely try it before the more elaborate things that take time ... !!

After turning on the Samsung smart TV, you unplug it while the TV is on. DON'T turn it off and then unplug it. That would defeat the purpose of resetting internal software, etc.
