Unable to find HDD and SSD storage windows 10

I just built a computer and installed windows 10 onto it. I am unable to find my ssd(250GB) or my hdd(2TB) in disk management or in the bios. Instead I can only see "500GB NTFS" in the disk management. In the bios, I can only see a "windows boot manager" in the boot menu

I believe this is related to how I installed windows 10. I initially was sold a spanish version and went ahead with the install, assuming I could change the settings later. I then realized I could not do this. I downloaded the english ISO from microsoft for windows 10. I then reinstalled by going to settings>update & security>recovery> reset this pc>remove everything>remove files and clean the drive. Before I did this, I was able to see the two storage devices in the BIOS, now I cannot.

Relevant Specs:
Asus z170 AR
Seagate Barricuda 2TB
Samsung 850 Evo 250GB

I am just confused why I can't see either drives in the BIOS and the disk management screen. Also, I am unsure where the 500GB size of the windows boot manager came from. Any assistance is greatly appreciated as I am totally lost.

Solution
Ok, I fixed the problem! I switched the the setting from RAID to AHCI, then I did a secure erase on the SSD to completely clear it. I then unplugged the HDD, booted from my USB ISO and re installed windows onto the SSD.
Hey there, mjb5695.

Would you post a screenshot of what you see in Disk Management. It's weird that the BIOS won't detect the drives but somehow you're able to boot to Windows open Disk Management, etc.

Try the drives with a different computer to see if the same thing happens. Do you see them via the Windows installation media (USB/DVD)? If "yes". try making a fresh install of Windows on your SSD while having the HDD disconnected from the motherboard during the OS installation process.

Please let me know how it goes.

I will send screen caps later today. The bios and disk management only show "Windows boot manager(500Gb)". When you say fresh install, do you mean to do what I did with the Spanish->English fix, with only the SSD connected? Unfortunately, I do not have another computer to test them on.

Oops, I accidentally chose your previously post as an answer... I believe the problem was the I set up the SSD and the HDD in raid 0. I haven't been able to make it home from work so I cannot post screen caps. Does this sound like it might be causing the problem I am having? I will update you as soon as I can get home

Finally found some time to look into my computer. So I made the mistake of not reading up on what I was doing and I raided my SSD with my HDD. That is definitely what was causing my problems. I guess I learned my lesson.

Now I am trying to figure out how to start this over from scratch essentially. There is nothing critically important stored on either drive. Do you know how to fix this? I have not been able to find solutions on the internet. Maybe this needs its own forum post?

Good job! This is basically the way to do it. I'd just like to add that you might want to reformat the HDD as well for good measure, just in case there's anything left from the RAID volume configuration. Otherwise everything should be good to go.

Sorry I wasn't around to answer when you responded.

Cheers!
