Disk boot failure

I have been blue screening upon start for the past few days and when I started my PC today I had a disk boot failure, any help please?

I would agree with ThatGuyWhoAsksALot. Most probably, there's something wrong with your drive. Yet, it will not hurt to attach it with different cables to another SATA port first. That way, you will rule out a possible connection related cause.

If the issue persists, you will need to take the drive out of the computer and attach it as a secondary one to a working machine.
Then, you can try to access the data right away. If this does not work, you will need to use some data recovery software in order to retrieve the data.
After that, you can check its health status out: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
