So im thinking of replacing some of my Corsair 750D stock fans with some aftermarket fans. And i was just wondering would it make a difference or am i just wasting money?. Since im looking to get some more air flow through my computer.

My Temps on my computer arnt bad at all but i would love to improve

Fans im thinking of getting:
Corsair Air Series AF140 140mm

I wouldn't expect a dramatic improvement replacing the 3 fans with the same orientation. Generally speaking, aftermarket fans perform a little better, move a little more air & are quieter. Whether that's worth the investment to you, I can't say.

Realistically, to improve your temps, you may want to add additional fans (but not overkill). A bottom mounted intake & top mounted exhaust (although you likely have your rad top-mounted), in addition to your current fans, would be getting into overkill territory, but might help move a little more air over your components.

What temps specifically are you trying to address?
